Chapter II • Article 1 • SEC. 21.00. • f) “STREET” shall include all streets, avenues, highways, alleys, courts, lanes, places, squares, curbing, sidewalks or other public ways in this City which have been or may hereafter be dedicated as such and open to public use.

-- Film Badge - One Year • LA County parks, beaches, buildings: $100
APPLY FOR A PERMITAll permit applications should be submitted to FilmL.A., Inc. at least 48 hours before the first day of filming. Late requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Permit applications can be made at our office, by faxing the completed forms to 213-977-8601, or by e-mailing your application to permitapps@filmlainc.com.
FilmL.A.’s office at Los Angeles Center Studios is open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, film industry holidays excepted. Staff are on call 24/7 to assist the industry and community with production-related emergencies
